Led by Dr. Castaneda - a Health Communication professor whose dissertation serves as the class’s foundation - Boise State University seniors seek to increase awareness for sexual abuse in Latinx communities. By utilizing multiple mediums such as a social media presence, a monthly podcast, and a website that connects the various communication channels, the class hopes to reach their community in order to increase awareness and bring hope to survivors of sexual abuse.
